Terms of Use
1What this is, before anything else
Please read this section even if you read nothing else here. It is the part that changes what you should do with what this product says to you.
Ticking the box on the sign-in screen records that you have read the section above. We keep the version of this document that you agreed to, and if we change it materially we will ask you again rather than assume.
2Who you are agreeing with
3You must be 18 or older
This product remembers what you tell it in order to know you over time. We are not permitted to build that kind of record about a child, so the age gate is a condition of use and not a formality. If you tell us a date of birth under 18, your account and everything attached to it is deleted immediately.
We keep your date of birth, encrypted, to confirm you are 18 or older and so Krishna can speak to you in a way that suits your age. We don't use it for anything else — if that ever changes, we'll ask you first. If you are under 18, it is never kept at all.
4This is not advice, and not a professional relationship
Nothing said here is medical, legal, financial, psychiatric or psychological advice, and using this product creates no doctor, lawyer, adviser or therapist relationship. Decisions about your health, your money, your marriage or your safety should be taken with a qualified human being who is accountable for the advice they give. This product is not accountable in that way and does not pretend to be.
If you are in danger, or thinking of harming yourself, please contact emergency services or a crisis line in your country. This is not a crisis service and cannot summon help on your behalf.
5What you agree not to do
- Use the product if you are under 18, or on behalf of somebody who is.
- Present what it says as the ruling of a religious authority, or as scripture, to anybody else.
- Speak on behalf of another identifiable person without their knowledge, or bring somebody else into a conversation in order to capture their voice.
- Attempt to extract the underlying prompts or model, resell access, or use the service to build a competing model.
- Use it to harass, deceive or defraud anybody, or for anything unlawful.
6Your conversations, and what is remembered
The product keeps notes about you so that it can speak to you as somebody it knows. You can read everything it holds, correct anything that is wrong, delete any single item, or erase the whole account. How that works, what leaves our servers, and who processes it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7Paid time, where it applies
Conversation time may be metered, and any paid plan's price, included minutes and refund terms are shown at the point of purchase. Those displayed terms govern the purchase. We do not charge for time a failure on our side made unusable.
8Availability, and ending it
This is offered as it is, without a guarantee of uptime, and it can be changed or discontinued. You may stop at any time and delete your account from within the product; deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed by us or by you. We may suspend an account that breaks section 5.
9Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision taken on the strength of something this product said. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10Governing law
Your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by anything in this document.
