Refunds and Cancellation

1What you can pay for

Every price is in Indian rupees and includes GST at 18%. It is shown on the plans screen before you pay, and is the price you are charged.

Payments are taken by Razorpay, by UPI (including UPI AutoPay), card, net banking or wallet. We never see or keep your card number or UPI PIN.

2How a plan renews

A plan renews on the same date each month, or each year, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel it. A UPI AutoPay or card mandate is for exactly that amount on that schedule, and nothing else can be charged against it. Your bank or UPI app tells you before each renewal is taken.

Each month of a plan brings its voice minutes. Minutes left at the end of a month do not carry over. Minutes you buy separately never expire.

3Cancelling a plan

In the app, in one tap: open You → Plans & minutes and choose Cancel plan. Nothing more is charged. The plan stays until the end of the period you have already paid for, and its minutes are yours until then.

You can also stop it from your UPI app (under AutoPay or mandates), or by writing to us at the address in section 6. A plan whose first payment never completed is cancelled immediately.

4Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid, through Razorpay, and usually reach you within 5–7 working days of being approved; your bank decides the final timing.

5A payment that failed

If money left your account but the payment did not complete, your bank or Razorpay returns it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. Nothing is granted for it, and nothing is charged twice if you try again.
